Payment Options

 All types of payment options are available. We also provide options for qualifying individuals without insurance or the inability to pay.  

For your convenience we accept payment with cash, check, or credit cards including MasterCard, Visa, and Discover Payment is due at the time service is rendered. 

If you have insurance, our staff will help you to determine the coverage you have available.  We can also file a claim and and handle insurance questions from our office on your behalf. 

The Mineral County Health Department accepts WV Medicaid and CHIP .  We will work on your behalf to process your claims for you. 

For your convenience, we now offer online payment options including credit card (MasterCard, Visa, and Discover) or payment by an electronic check. To make a payment, you must have an Invoice number provided by the Mineral County Health Department along with the exact amount. Please ensure all applicable fields are filled in and that the proper program area is selected under payment method (Clinical Fees, County Planning Fees, Environmental Fees). Applicable fees will apply (2.5% on credit transactions with a minimum of $2.00, $2.00 on E-Check Transactions). Click on the button below to make a payment.​
