Our Mission

Mineral County Health Department provides basic public health services which assess, promote and protect the health status, environment and individual well-being that results in greater opportunity to enjoy a quality life in healthy communities throughout Mineral County. The Mineral Country Health Department is supported by federal, state, and county funding through various contracts and grants. Health services are provided to persons regardless of race, color, sex, religion, national origin, or handicap.

64CSR30 Fees for Permits Change

Please take notice that the WV Legislature, during the spring session 2020, approved 64CSR30 Fees for Permits for the Environmental Health Section. On February 7, 2021, the Mineral County Board of Health approved the new fees to the limit allowed, effective July 1, 2021.
